Central Poland is characterized by strategic location in the heart of Poland in a vicinity to planned intersection of leading from west to east A2 motorway, and A1 linking north and south. Central Poland is considered as a very convenient logistic location.

Access to dynamic Special Economic Zone and Dell’s investment caused large interest from largest developers on our market which have constructed warehouse space for subcontractors from electronic business.

Three major warehouse hubs can be distinguished in Central Poland:
  • Piotrków Trybunalski. There is an express road linking southern Poland with Warsaw near Piotrków. In addition, planned in the nearest vicinity to Piotrków, A1 motorway will provide convenient transportation between Łódź and Tri-City and further to Silesian Conurbation.
  • Łódź. Dynamic development of Special Economic Zone encouraged numerous companies to investing in Łódź region.
  • Stryków. Stryków was located on north-east from Łódź. Very close to his small city the strategic crossing of two biggest motorways – A1 and A2 – will be placed soon.
