Industrial and Warehouse market in Krakow
Krakow is the third largest city in Poland (757,000 inhabitants). The currently longest stretch of the highway, A4 runs in the proximity to Krakow. Convenient communication with Silesia and Western Europe is advantage of the city.

Development of warehouse market in Krakow meets obstacles: very low supply of plots dedicated for warehouses as well as developments and very high land prices.

Until recently, Krakow has not offered any modern warehouses for lease and potential occupiers had no other choice than to develop their own buildings. The city was served by logistic centres located in Silesia, from where, thanks to the highway, the transport can be fairly comfortable. Undoubtedly the rapid economic development of the city will increase the demand for modern warehouse space as well as for office-warehouse business parks.
