In pursuit of leaders, support for sea transport Industrial and Warehouse market in North Poland

North Poland warehouse submarket includes currently Gdańsk and Szczecin. Both cities, thanks to proximity of sea ports, offer strategic location for warehouse facilities for many companies especially from distribution sector.

Tri-City Agglomeration has 755,000 inhabitants. In its vicinity there are two cargo ports in Gdańsk and Gdynia which can become the main driving force in the future for development of industrial space. This is the reason why there are plans to build a large supply centre in the North Port in Gdańsk. So far only three developers decided to invest within the region.

The key role in attracting new investments is played by Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (PSEZ) and Bałtycka Strefa Inwestycyjna.
