Joint of West and East Europe, traditionally strong economyIndustrial and Warehouse market in Poznan

The Poznań region was during few years ranked second in respect of modern warehouse stock. The reasons were convenient location on road and railway routes from Berlin to Warsaw and further to Russia as well as huge local market.

Currently city was overtaken by rapidly developing Silesia market. Most of the parks are located along A2 highway. Development of new warehouse parks is followed by rising leasing activity of  logistic operators.

Modern warehouse stock in Poznań is centred in the following main hubs:

  • East of Poznań, along express road to Warsaw notably Swarzędz and Września.
  • North West of Poznań, in Sady, along road no 92 to Gorzów Wielkopolski and Berlin.
  • South East of Poznań, in Gądki, in proximity to the junction of road no 11 with A2 highway.
  • South West of Poznań, Komorniki junction, where national road no 5 intersects the A2 highway.
