In 2004 modern warehouse stock was estimated at around 50,000 sqm. City’s strategic location on A4 highway, connecting Poland and Germany, as well as fast growing consumer market attracted warehouse developers to Lower Silesia.

The most dynamic area in terms of warehouse developments is south from Wrocław.

Key Warehouse hubs are as follows:

  • South-West of Wrocław along A4 in Bielany and Kąty Wrocławskie. This is undoubtly the most significant industrial hub encompassing regional distribution centres servicing also Czech and German markets.
  • North-East of Wrocław on ul. Wrocławska, the main arterial road for Łódź and Wrocław.
